The whys and wherefores of being Krooger
Scott Gardner said to ****-for-Brains:
That would be another fantasy of yours. In the real world, that's
when my mother-in-law died, and I had a lot of things to take care of
for my wife's family. In fact, I took a week off of work to do so.
Why don't you point us at an obituary that proves your claim, Phillips.
Why would you demand proof of such a mundane claim?
Looks like you're homing in on the source of the nonsensical "prove it!"
challenges, at least on RAO.
And what's the big deal about him not posting
for a two-week period, anyway? I once went SIX WHOLE MONTHS without
posting anything on Usenet, while I was on an aircraft carrier in the
middle of the Persian Gulf. Meanwhile, Marc goes away for two weeks,
and you're assuming incarceration??
Arnii the Kroo**** uses Kroo-Logic, a close cousin of the fractured
version of human language he uses (Krooglish). It sort of goes like this
(remember, I am human, so no guarantees of accuracy): A human says
something, but does not "prove" it. Therefore, according to the tenets
of Kroo-Logic, the statement is not "true", which means it is "false",
which means any other possible alternative that pops into Mr. ****'s
head is just as likely to be true. Corollarily, the more fear Mr. ****
has of the human in question, the more likely an especially nasty
alternative is to be "true".
This is a foundation of "the debating trade". Mr. **** imagines that his
activities on Usenet (principally consisting of lies, paranoid
imaginings, more lies, frequent unwarranted personal attacks, and still
more lies) constitute a "trade" that will one day remunerate him.
I've appreciated your help on technical issues here, but where
in the world do you get off asking a man to post proof of a death in
his family, as if he has to justify an absence of ANY length to you or
anyone else?
How dare you question Turdborg while he's in the throes of a "debating
trade" spasm. For that, you've just made Kroo****'s enemies list.
