damages will be decided by the judge. punitive damages go to a jury.
They are both limited to 10, 000 dollars. I filed as a limited
lawsuit. The judge can also award my costs on top of everything else.

The lawsuit mentions three persons, two of whom seem to have female-sounding
first names and the same last name as the person who filed. The lawsuit
claims that the purportedly damaging statement was seen by those persons,
and also states that the statement refers to a sexual perversion. These
persons no doubt were invited by the filer to see the statement for the
purpose of creating the appearance that there was damage to some person's
reputation. Thus, we have evidence that the filer asked female family
members to view sexually perverse written materials for the purpose of
obtaining $5,000.

The text of this filing, if made public could be highly damaging to the
personal reputation of the person who filed it. It is a court record, and
AFAIK has not been suppressed by the court. Therefore it should be
available to any interested parties for a nominal fee. The case number is
