No. What you have is a lawsuit. You predicted the clerk wouldn't even accept it
for filing based on your misconceptions of the law. You jumped all over Middius
for not checking up on the law but it appears that you are still guilty of the
same thing. It is no surprise that you would find the demand for money in the
lawsuit amounts to a money grabbing scheme. If you knew the procedures for
limmited lawsuits you would know that a dollar amount is required in the
complaint.
