Dave, just an advice for you, you shouldn't transfert the
void of your life on your Usenet interlocutors, it is really
sad and pitiful.
If you really want a son make one, it's perhaps not too late...
In 20 years or so you will be glad to have given him a
"vocation".
Note that I am sure he will be very proud to have a father
who knows perfectly the birth dates of all the
septuagenarian pop stars. ;-)
