The behavior underlying your response is much like Bush's response to
the world, our former allies, and the UN: "Nevermind the rules, pal,
because this _is_ what _I_ am going to _do_."


Point taken. But if the world, our former allies, and the U.N. could just
not look at Bush and Bush wouldn't affect them then your point would weigh
even heavier.
