Class T or Class D amp?

So you're saying it's not an upgrade to go from my Zapco and PG to Class
T or Class D amps?
The only way it would be an "upgrade" would be if the new amps had more
power or more useful features than your current amps. They'll also put
less of a strain on your car's electrical system for a given amount of
delivered power. A digital-switching amplifier won't sound any better than
your current Class AB amps. Also, Zapco and Phoenix Gold amps have a long
history of reliability. Some of the new digital-switching amps are very
inexpensive, but I'd advise you to look at the construction before you buy
one. Several brands seem to be concerned about watts-per-dollar and not
much else.
