With optional Airport wireless networking and bluetooth keyboard and
mouse, the ONLY wire coming out of the thing is the AC cable...

This form factor is what everyone will be shipping in a year or two
except for the low priced spreads.


I wouldn't count on that.

They could have made all-in-one CRT machines, like the first generation
iMac, but they didn't (beside a few failed attemps). That would have
departed to their proven "box" design too much...

They could have imitated the sunflower iMac but hey: "Motherboards are
square, always been. We make square motherboards. No way we're gonna
make stinkin' round motherboards"...

In the current, 3rd generation iMac, power dissipation of the
innefficient Pentiums might prevent either small or silent operation of
the thing, compared to the iMac.

There's so much things you can improves on a 23 years old design...
