The on-line ordering seems to come and go. So many people 'round these
parts only want to do business on line these days that it seems it
would be a high priority for them to get it working and keep it
working. But while back issues could be a money maker for them, they
seen to view it as a service to the readers rather than the
non-readers, so they don't really push it.
That being the case, I wish they'd just put the old articles on line
for free downloading, or maybe if they wanted it to be a service to
the readers, free to subscribers (so maybe they'd sell more
subscriptions). I've suggested this but they're not interested.
