What about just using better quality blanks?

Any recomendations on a CD pressing service that would produce very short
runs, something like 10-20?
I'm concerned about the logevity of CDs I produce myself with my home PC. I
assume something professionally pressed would stand a better chance of
lasting longer.
If you get a run of ten or twenty, they will be the same CD-Rs that you get
on your home PC.
If you want a real pressed CD, the minimum run is normally 500 units, although
it often costs just as much to get a thousand as to get five hundred.
