Sony has one he http://www.docs.sony.com/release/PCMM1.PDF,
but it seems to be in graphic form. The TCD-D100 (consumer version)
manual is cleaner: http://www.docs.sony.com/release/TCDD100.PDF.

Unfortunately, I've never found a non-graphic PCM-M1 .pdf manual.

Sony Parts out in Kansas City will sell you one for around $15 or less.
