That sounds promising, Erik. By "infinitely better", could you explain a
little more? Louder, tighter, or what?
I was running the older Stealthbox with an a/d/s P2110 bridged to mono so I
might be slightly underpowered
but in the ballpark.

The 10W3 is an infinitely better sub than the 10W1.
I had a single 10" JL enclosure with a 10W1-4. Replaced it with a
10W3
(not v2) and was happily surprised by the difference in sound.
The 10W3 requires more power but is definitely worth it.

Has anybody here installed a Stealthbox into a late-model Ford Explorer?
I
just sold my 1994 Exploder with the fully concealed S'box which had a
10w1-4
driver inside. I just got a newer 2003 Explo and I want to put another
JL
S'box into this one. The newer version:
http://www.jlaudio.com/stealthbox/EXPL2.html uses a 10w3-v2-D2 driver
and
I
was curious what the differences in sound might be.
