I have a Kenwood Receiver KR-V6080, with the factory remote RC-R0502.

That remote works fine.

*HOWEVER*, when I use any kind of 3rd party all-in-one or learning remote
everything works except the volume. It just sits still. I've tried 4
remotes, 2 were learning from the working remote!

Does the kenwood listen to multiple frequencies, or sonics or something else
that the standard remotes /don't/ "do" ?

question.

Could this problem be related to your earlier pot problems?
