I credit Kennedy, under Kennedy, it was a war, and we were combatants.
He escalated it to the point of being a war. I also forgot to include
Clinton's Kosovo war.

The analysis is real simple. Dems started wars between
1932 and 1968, when they controlled the White House
for 28 out of 36 years. The Reps started wars between
1968 and 2004, when they controlled the White House
for 24 out of 36 years. The correllation is not whether
Dems or Reps start more wars, the correllation is that WHOVEVER
is in charge of the White House starts more wars. No
surprise there!
