Yes, Rolling Stone is a magazine for a nostalgic population aged around
50-60 years old. ;-)
Agreed. It's a very tired looking US-centric MoR poll.
I would love to hear GeoGag singing "Mr Tambourine Man" or "California
Dreamin'"... And ScottW "Born to be wild".
NO FUTURE !!!!
Pistols are No.53 on the list.

It's Grim up north..
What is the title of the song that goes (and I'm not making this up) "
duh.....duh......duh, ...........duh......duh........duh" That is the
background vocal along with instrtumentation, but it's very prominent in the
song.
I'd like to get a copy of it to play whenever I see one of Mikey's posts.
Canada's Crash Test Dummies.
It's actually called "MMM, MMM, MMM, MMM".
So, you *were* making this up g.
It's from the album, "God Shuffled His Feet", an album that had a
title track that Julia Sweeney used as the theme song for her totally
FINE one woman show based on her brother's death from cancer and her
subsequent bout with ovarian cancer. Highly recommended. I love her
and want to marry her. But she'll have to move to Nashville, which I
don't think is going to happen.
I'm not sure of the title - perhaps this is the same song - but the one I've
heard numerous times on TV and/or radio, DEFINITELY has the words "dah, dah,
dah" (repeated several times). Maybe there's another song with this lyric?
