Did you have to replace the cars battery or maybe jump-start it ?

Did you remove the fuse in the alarms wireing harness when doing the above?

Have you tried to contact CS with your above post?

I have the CS 2002 v IV and is working great.. Except for the very poor
range which I blame on the installer..

I see they did redo their website but it is still a waste of serverspace.
