I thought you said W doesn't "micromanage". Now you're giving him
credit for things he doesn't understand, didn't plan, and certainly
didn't participate in.

This happened under his leadership and general direction.

So did the disaster with the missing 340 tons of high explosives, the
disgraceful misconduct in Abu Ghraib and other places, and the
wrongful incursions on civil rights ever since 9/11.


But not by his specific direction.
