James Cameron may be an ass hole but he did make some
excellent movies. In his case I'd rather have the world see the product and
not
the person.

It was that other movie that was named for Cameron's ego.

Ever notice that it is more or less a remake of The Terminator? The guy can't
stop making the same movie.

By the way no one by the name of Hollywood told Cameron what to do
when he made this movie.

Wrong! The studio honchos, upon hearing the proposed budget, gave explicit
instructions about the expected BO, and the consequences to Cameron of not
following those instructions.

What instructions are you speaking of? I read the original script before the
movie ever came out. Cameron's script and Cameron's movie look pretty close to
me. Hell, the "directors cut" looks exactly like the original script as far as
I can remember.
