I'll bet they also sold conventional weapons to some countries knowing
full well that said countries would use them against a neighboring
country, with whom, as it might happen, the arms-selling country had a
major beef but was not willing to prosecute a war of their own. Can you
imagine?

Thank God we live in a God-fearing country where that would never happen.
