Not quite. According to Harold's own personal code of ethics, which he
stated clearly and unambiguously right here on RAO, his only objective is
to write a favorable review of the device in front of him.

Since Harold has no conscience ("Plagiarism? So what?"), whether his slop
is "good" doesn't matter to him. Good or bad, as long as it's favorable --
that's the ticket.
