Pls feel free to make a few names - I am a beginner and I would be
grateful to have some names to investigate, think about it ....

Thanks in anticipation

Unfortunately I am not the one to tell you what to get.. There are many here
on the this group that are way more qualified then I am.. but I wouldn't
spend any money on your current Bose system... Unless you have some
sentimental value that you place on it.

It's a Bose, and an old one at that.... why would you spend the energy

or

money to do this?

Hi

My Lifestyle 10 has been used in 240 V system and it doesn't have
flip switch for it to run on 110V.

When I contacted Bose in 1997, a guy said that he will change it to
110V and also make a change to FM tuner so that I can tune all the freq
(if I use a 110V to 240V converter, the FM turner doesn't work fully -
ie it will, just 10% of the avaliable FMs - so I really need to get a
minor circuitry modification to get the most out of the built in FM

radio).

However, now Bose is givng me a run around. Basically no.

Are there any privte shops do this?

Or would anyone want to trade it with me (its hardly used and in
original box - can give a demo to show that it works)

And advice - Thanks
