It has been on CNN's website since the middle of the afternoon, and I
suspect they reported it on the news channel too. Maybe not as
"sensationally" as Faux--I mean Fox.

I'm
in Chicago. That would be about 2PM local time for me. It was on the CNN
site within the hour. Maybe Fox's "Moscow correspondent" had his watch set
