I've had a customer recently with a Marshall geetah amp.
I put Sovtek EL34s skinnies in there some 3 years ago.
This guy has approx. 2 gigs a week and Marshalls run their tubes HOT!

The tubes still tested over 80 % on my AVO tester (and yes, it's
calibrated !) .

So don't anyone start about bad quality Russkies :-)

I've seen some Zaerix 6L6GCs go zero emission. Took some believing for all
4 to have gone but they sure did. That's more than 20 yrs ago though.
