As long as they're coming from a socket labeled "Line Out". If
they're in a hole labeled "Speakers Out" you might jump a bit!
It's unlikely to harm the amplifier's inputs, but have the amp volume
turned low just in case :-)
That's standard advice when connecting anything to anything, anyway.
