Cassette Recording Speed and Quality
The practicle limit to frequency response is ten octaves, that goes for any
format any speed. Moving more tape at a faster rate does wonders for tape
saturation at higher frequencies. That's the main benifit.

Hi:
I hope I asking my questions the correct newsgroup.
Is it true that a cassette recorded at a faster speed will have a
wider frequency response, richer S/N ratio, and an overall better
quality than a cassette recorded at a slower speed?
I would appreciate any assistance.
Please reply by email.
Thanks in advance,
Radium
