2006 Camry Double Din MP3 stereo recommendation wanted

I am looking for recommendations of a car stereo that is under $300.

I would like the car stereo to control an ipod.
1) I would like that I would not have to turn the ipod on or off.
2) I would like to be able to resume playing my MP3's where I left off

If the stereo could do the same thing with a memory card in place of
an ipod that would also work.
I do not want the hassle of burning MP3's to cd's.
