Hi,
i'm looking for a sub box that will hold two 12's that will fit under
the back seat of a 01 Chevy 1500 4-door.Is there one made? i dont mind
raising the seat up an inch or two.

....you could build one yourself!
Sorry, I know that's not what you were looking for, but seeing as
nobody has answered your original quesiton I thought SOME sort of
contribution might be helpful.

Well, I'll take a stab at this, too. You may want to check out Crutchfield
as they sell a number of sub boxes designed for specific vehicles and tight
spaces:
