hi all,
I commited some free "psychoacoustics" softwares at
http://www.ohl.to/about-audio/audio-softwares/

You can use those softs to :
- check if phase distotion is audible
- what the room adds to your speakers sound
- listen to different kind of distortions
- play with resonances and try to EQ them
- understand how dither works
and other things...

All softwares need no installation, just download, unzip and play
It can be fun or painfull but you may learn something.
