DLS - EFR Technology

Hi, can anyone tell me what exactly does DLS - EFR technology do?
How does the system compare to other high end speaker systems like
focals or
something else.
Will they sound good without an additional amp?
I'm quite a beginner to car audio, so I would appreciate your input
on
what the two level tweeter select w/ the DLS B6A model means?
