Hi all I am new here so hope that I am posting this in the correct
place. I have recently bought a more modern car ( fiesta mk5) and I am
having an issue with CD playback. The Cd will play fine for sometimes
20 or more mins and will then turn itself off without warning. If I
then try and turn the player on the on/off button does not appear to
function. However five to 10 mins later it will come on for few
seconds then turn off again.
When I got the car the battery was very low. This has improved since I
have been driving it. Could this be the cause of the cd playback
problems?
The cd player model is a 6000 rds cd E.O.N.
Any of your thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
