sony ericsson hce-16 car phone mute cable!

Hi everybody, i have a slight problem, i bought the sony ericsson hcb 400
bluetooth handsfree car kit and am now trying to track down the hce-16
mute cable for it.
I bought from ericsson the hce-26 cable but it wont hook up to electronic
box(hcb400)
Does anyone know if there is a plug adaptor to enable hook up?

Hi,

I have got the same problem and have contacted sony ericsson about
this. The HCE-16 has been discontinued and they have assured me that
it will connect to the HCB-400 unit. I cannot see how this is the case
and have contacted them again. I await a response. They seem to take
about 1 week to process enquiries. Annoyingly slow.

Will let you know if I get to a resolution.
