where to get musician's earplugs in san francisco

finally realized that $200 is cheap to protect your ears. now i need
to find a place to pour the molds. who can recommend a place in san
francisco that can do a good job of this and carries the good brands.
from the reading it seems Etymotic and Westone are good products.
