Help with Valley People TR-804 enclosure

I'm trying to hook up a Valley People TR-804 enclosure. Following the
wiring diagram on the back of the enclosure, it seems to show that for
the output, the + and - appear to be wired together. Is this correct?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I just looked at my TR-806 enclosure.

Both the input and key input are balanced (with separate lugs marked +
and -, for hot and cold respectively), but the output is UNbalanced, and
only has the +/- lug (hot) and a gnd lug (cold/shield).

So yes, this is correct. Wire the output as unbalanced, with phone plug
tip, or XLR pin 2 going to the +/- lug.
