I'd say that you're going to have a *very* hard time finding an enlsure
big enough and strong enough for three 12" subwoofers for a scant $150.
Furthermore, purchasing a generic enclosure, particularly a ported (or
worse yet, bandpass) is decidedly inadviseable.

Ported alignments are a bit more finicky and you have a greater chance
of doing some damage to your subs if you get the port tuning wrong;
it's not rocket science or anything, but just know that what you're
trying to do is nearly akin to grabbing a square peg and trying to fit
it in a round hole--it might fit in the hole, but the one was not made
for the other and your results are likely going to be
less-than-optimum.

Why not consult with some of the shops in your area, or even with a
friend who's got some experience in building subwoofer enclosures. By
doing it yourself, or by enlisting the help of someone you know, you
can save yourself a lot of money, get a good deal, and likely learn
something in the process of building it. Just make sure you follow the
manufacturer's recommendations and be sure to read the JL Audio
Subwoofer & Enclosures Tutorials before you get started:
