Does any one know of software for a Windows PC which can receive an audio
signal through the line in socket on a sound card, delay it a few seconds,
then sent it straight back out line out? It wouldn't need to record it to
hard disk. I'd really prefer it just used available RAM. I'd need the delay
to be adjustable over say 1 to 10 seconds. I'd also prefer something free.
