Given a mp3 song, is there any utility to filter out the voice and
retain only the music ie, converting a song to an instrumental music only??

Yes, if you are the artist that originally recorded it and you have the
original master tapes.Computers can't do everything.

Some recordings this can be done easily. Try spliting the left and
right channels and reversing one. It doesn't work with every recording.
