Alpine MRV-T503 vs MRV-T707 Which is best?

I am already running the 503 and just picked up the 707 used.

Does anyone know which would be better to power my 2, 4 ohm DVC SWR
1040 10"s?

Also, depending on the amp I decide to use, what is the best way to
wire the subs? 4 ohm x 2 or 4 ohm bridged. I think I read somewhere
that the MRV's are not 2 ohm stable.
