CD/MP3 player with RF modulation?

Is there such a thing as a CD/MP3 player for cars that modulates a
signal using FM band? If I am not clear, please let me know. I have a
new pickup and am a little reluctant to change over existing
stock player, but could buy an add on modulating unit.

hard-wired directly to your antenna input (so there's no interference or
