Need help no sound

I have a clarion radio that produces no sound at all everything is
connected right but no sound. when I fist bought the raidio i
installed it and it worked just fine for a couple af months then one
day I turn it on and everything is working bu i hear no sound so i turn
volume up still no sound checked if it was on mute nope not on mute.
what could it please help. Thanks

Check to make sure no speaker wire or speaker terminal is grounding out.
If any speaker wire touches ground it will cause the internal amp to shut
down.
Some times a speaker will short out internally. gry disconnecting the rear
speakers
and see if sound returns. If no difference, reconnect rear and disconnect
fronts and try again
If none of the speakers are groundin or defective, then the internal
amplifier in the unit may have gone bad.
