No it does not, you dumb ****. Coined is the past tense or past participle
of coin. To coin means to make up a new word.

And yet all of the Normals knew what he meant. It's true he didn't choose
his words well, but his meaning got across anyway.

Maybe you should assert that Harry "liberated" the words in question. ;-)
