OK, what sort of price are you looking at for this gear ? Have you removed
those serial numbers so the cops can't trace them ? Bit risky advertising
it here. You'd do better to say you inherited it from a dead uncle, or
something ....

As I recall Guitar Player used to have a registry to list stolen gear.
And Mix also, I think.

I could be wrong, but if not, it may be a wise idea to spread the info
around so you can have a higher chance of recovery.

I hope you were insured.

It is for this reason that I never allow any sort of music related
stickers or identifiers on any vehicle or trailer we employ. It's bad
enough that people can come and hang around and watch you unload all
your stuff and maybe think they can hang back until afterward and slink
on in and steal stuff when you take a break after reloading the
trucks/trailers/vehicles. Don't need additional "Hey, this is a
musician's vehicle with expensive gear inside" advertisement.

I hope you recover everything still intact.

This was Dinosaur Jr's equipment. J Mascis has (had) an impressive
vintage guitar collection. The message quoted aboev is an edited
