Does anyone have a need for a Tascam DA 30 MKII for parts? Unit has a
bad transport mechanism. Everything else, case, knobs, electronics are
perfect. Tascam still has the new transport/loading/head assembly, but
it's $330. I just hate to throw it in the dumpster, if someone needs
parts, or has a beat up unit with a good transport. Transport is all
modular. Remove 4 screws, unplug & swap out. 10 minute operation.
I figure it would be $20 bucks or so to ship out.
