If you can save as a 44/16 stereo pcm wav file and put markers in with
about any program, Nero can recognize those markers and place spits
there quite easily.

simple - select the song, go to edit pull-down menu - select consolidate -
you now have a file that is the length of that song

Lock the main take/recording session...
Open main session, highlight the song you want and remove all else...
Then remove unwanted audio files from region window ctrl+U (select
unused) ctrl +B (remove unused) DO NOT DELETE...
Then save the session as the song title and go back to the main session
and repeat the process.
To save the audio of just one song, Copy session as... (don't forget to
select the copy audio check box)
