I'm tired of the culture of syntehsizers. I'm even bored of the live
DJs who mix fresh techno. All these nerds are doing is showing us this
glamour culture within the music. With their emo haircuts and their
synthesized screamo lyrics. It is a beauty pagent. I want to hear
fresh funky music, and punk rock. Stuff that people can cover. I
loved Dave Chappelles Block Party, and they are even begining to play
Punk Rock on 'Fuse'.
I'll tell you how they are making this synthesized music. They just
lay down the lyrics, seperately from the music. Then the band comes
out and plays their guitar while the musicians lip sync. But how do
they make those sounds with their voices. They just keep re-recording
takes of them singing that's how. And then they mix various recordings
together of them singing the same song, and play with blend filters,
like you would in photoshop.
That's what the death metal bands do you know. They just wear masks
and play speed metal on guitars, while all of their recorded screaming
hits the audience. But where can you get a good mixer that can blend
sounds together in layers, and cut and slice tracks? About all you can
do with what they are releasing in the stores is play with the tempo.
But I don't even like death metal. And I hate American Idol, and the
techno back up that the vocalists are working with. I'm sure the
winner of every american idol contest is lip syncing to begin with.
All you have to do is convert audio files to photoshop image formats,
and play with blend filters to create radical music like they do in
holywood.
They just lay down the tracks in a mix in photoshop, and blend them
together, and play with them like artwork!!
The music mixers you buy in stores are great for some things, but if
you want to record multiple takes of your music, that are all basicly
the same, and then blend them together. Photoshop is the best tool you
can use. And if you understand what the music looks like in photoshop,
then you can do everything else with the tool too!!! This is what they
are doing in showbiz movie production!!!
