AM/FM Noise

Hi, I have 1995 Honda Accord with the stock radio and an automatic
antenna. Last week, I noticed that almost every time when I started my
car, for the first 2-3 seconds, I have a high pitch noise coming from
the radio station (AM and FM). Has this happened to anyone before. I am
trying to figure out if this is due to my old radio or antenna. Can
someone help ?

If there is no noise when you accelerate when your driving,
Then it is likley the power antenna.
It may be getting a bad ground. Check to make sude it is not loose.
This noise will not hurt the radio if you can not find the problem
