I just bought a 2005 Ford Five Hundred and am looking for ways of
transferring my iPod and XM setup. I used to use a cassette adapter for the
iPod and a hard-wired FM modulator for my XM SkyFi unit.
I did some research and found the PIE FRD04 AUX. Does anyone have
experience with this?
What about the adapter that lets 3 inputs go into the FRD04?
Any opinion would be appreciated. Installing XM hard-wired into the FM port
on my Taurus ruined the AM reception. I went without AM radio for several
years. There are times I would have liked it (driving during bad weather,
etc.).
Thanks,
John
