Setup:
Win xp pro (service pack1)
Nero 6 ultra
Architecture is athlon64 3400+
I'm getting a windows exception when trying to convert a *.wav file to
mp4 format, using nero 6 ultra. Nero has a wave editor that has that
capability but when I try a conversion I get a windows error message
saying:
"There has been a problem with wave editor DLL and it needs to close"
Then offers to send a report to MS. I looked at the report but it
didn't mean much to me, with little experience in such things.
Is there a sort of stardard way to debug something like this? At
least to determine if its windows or Nero.
I've written nero supposrt but haven't gotten a reply yet.
Perhaps another conversion tool that uses different libs to see if the
problem is windowsxp or not.
