50X2 at 4 ohm rms
70X2 at 2 ohm rms
140X1 at 4 ohm rms
then amp is in near mint condition and less then a month old

1 - JL Audio 12W1v2
150 Watt RMS 4 ohm voice coil
it includes a JL Audio SGR-12W1V2 speaker grill
also less then a month old

these match each other very well and sound great, but i bought a much more
powerful amp and want to get a sub to handle more power to match it..

i am thinking $150 shipped. trades considered.
