AIWA ADC-M65 : ERROR03

Hi all,
I have an AIWA ADC-M65 CD changer unit in my car (since dec 2003) and
until now I was very happy with it.
Recently, I got nothing more than an "ERROR 03" from the control panel
in the car.
I tried to reset the unit from the control panel, but unfortunately I
get the same error message when I try to activate the unit.

1) Do you think that there is a problem of laser allignment?

2) Does anybody know if laser allignment is an easy task (like rotating
screws) or a special intrumentation is needed?

3) Is here anybody who got the same problem ?

Dear Vivek and all,

if I write here it's because I read the FM and I failed !!!
I followed the instruction : the manual says that I can reset the unit.
I did it.
I would like to know if, in your opinion:
1) there is a problem of laser allignment
2) to allign the laser is an easy task (like rotating
screws) or a special intrumentation is needed
3) anybody here got the same problem
