Anybody heard the new Norah Jones CD, Feels Like Home?

Wondering if it's as mellow as her first CD, come away with me.

I haven't heard the CD but I've heard her do a couple of the songs
live on TV and yes, they are just as mellow. She herself says that
it's even a little more country than the first.

On the Today Show, she was kidded about being called "Snora Jones" by
some critics. She said that now her mom calls her that on occasion.

My guess is that if you liked the first one, you'll like the second.
You can hear three clips on her website:

My wife just bought it. If you liked the first, you'll like this one.
Recording quality is very good.

Yes, it is as mellow, but not as good as the first effort, mostly
the songwriting is not quite as good. Nothing wrong wth the
performance or sound quality, it just needs some more distinctive songs.

Lit, or unlit?

For her first album (CAWM), I found the CD layer of the SACD to sound
much better than the original CD release. The RBCD was compressed, too
forward, bright and lacking in space. This was largely fixed in the
SACD.

How does the new album sound?

I noticed an LP is being released in March.
