Guys,

I have one amplifier that I need to run two different inputs into ... I
was wonering if I can just use a big old relais to switch them or if
that has any side effects or issues?

I need to run the output of my stereo into a different amp for sepcial
effects. Dont want sound quality to go down though/

Can I just run the signal wire throurugh the reials and leave the
shield of the wire off for that?

Whats the best way to do that?

Cheers,

Matt

I have the perfect thing for you, a Radio Shack Audio/Video Selector (you
input two A/V sources and select the output by pressing a big "A" or "B"
button on the top of the unit). I Emailed you pictures of it but in case
you don't get them let me know. I'll sell it to you for $5 (I bought it for
a project I did a long time ago, but no longer need), plus shipping of
course.

Here is an unit that automatically switches the RCAS if you want to go
the automatic route.
